General rules for entering the ice rink for organized groups
- Participants and group guardians are obliged to comply with these rules, regulations and follow the instructions of the service.
- Changing shoes and storing personal belongings takes place only in the cloakroom. Participants have lockers with five-zloty coins available.
- Each participant of the group approaches the rental company individually and gives their shoes size in order to issue appropriate skates. If you need to change the size, you should set yourself at the end of the queue – people who have not yet received skates have priority of service.
- At the entrance to the ice rink, there are pushers intended for driving lessons only. Using them in a manner inconsistent with the intended use results in the collection of the equipment by the staff or the prohibition of using them for the entire group.
- Only people with properly placed and fastened skates can enter the ice rink. It is forbidden to climb on the ice in outerwear and sit on gangs.
- Participants are required to exercise due caution. Behavior that poses a threat to other people, in particular deliberate collisions, pushing or driving in a risky manner, is prohibited. Persons violating this prohibition may be immediately removed from the surface.
- Rented skates should be returned in a non-deteriorated condition, cleaned of snow with a brush located in the cloakroom.
Regulations for organized groups using the "Misiałek" ice rink
- These Regulations define the rules of using the “Misialek” ice rink by organized groups. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the General Regulations of the “Misial” ice rink shall apply.
- The organized group consists of at least fifteen participants under the supervision of an adult. The group’s supervisor is responsible for the safety, behavior and compliance with the regulations by all participants during their stay on the premises.
- For every fifteen people there is one guardian entitled to free ascent to the surface of the ice rink. Other caregivers use the ice rink on general terms.
- The purchase of a group ticket is a necessary condition for using the offer for organized groups. The price of the group ticket is PLN 30 per person and includes admission to the ice rink with the possibility of renting skates. The amount of the fee is the same for all participants, regardless of whether they use their own skates or the rental company. If the above condition is not met, the entry prices are calculated in accordance with the applicable individual price list.
- The group ticket includes admission to the ice rink and the possibility of renting skates. The facility does not guarantee the availability of all sizes.
- The ice rink provides participants with a limited number of protective helmets and in various sizes. Helmets are not booked and the facility is not responsible for the lack of the right size or the lack of a helmet for all participants.
- The reservation made by the Group does not mean the exclusive use of the ice rink. At the same time, other groups may also stay on the ice rink.
- On the surface of the ice rink, there is a categorical prohibition of climbing in outerwear. In the event of a breach of this prohibition, the person committing this act may be charged with the costs associated with cleaning the ice rink.
- The purchase of a group entry is tantamount to accepting these Regulations and the General Regulations in force in the facility.
