Acceptance of the Regulations
- These regulations are publicly available on the premises of the ice rink, are also published on the website www.lodowiskomisialek.pl, and are displayed in front of the ticket office.
- Every participant of the ice rink (hereinafter also referred to as: user, participant) is obliged to familiarize themselves with these regulations before actually using the ice rink, including the ice surface. In case of any doubts, including those regarding the content, the participant is obliged to address questions regarding the doubtful provisions to the staff operating the ice rink, including the cashier, and such staff are obliged to clarify any doubts of the ice rink participants.
- Entering the ice rink, as well as purchasing a ticket, is equivalent to accepting and complying with these Regulations in their entirety, including by guardians of children.

Opening Hours
- The ice rink is open during the hours specified in the schedule, including technical breaks.
- During technical breaks the staff will, among other things, carry out maintenance of the ice surface, including checking its proper condition. After maintenance and confirmation that the ice surface is in proper condition, it will be reopened for further use after the technical break. Otherwise, i.e. in the event of any irregularities, including those concerning the technical condition of the ice surface, the ice rink staff will close the facility, including the ice surface.
- In the case of events organized at the ice rink, the management reserves the right to change the schedule for using the ice rink or to close the ice rink.
- During special events (including birthdays, name days, etc.), the use of the ice rink and the bar by other users is not restricted unless the manager or the ice rink staff decides otherwise and informs customers purchasing tickets for the facility in advance.
- The manager has the right to close the ice rink in any situation in which weather or technical conditions make the use of the facility impossible or pose a threat to the life and health of users.

Rules for Using the Ice Rink
- Users (also referred to interchangeably as participants) use the ice rink at their own risk, thereby releasing the ice rink, the manager and any other persons operating the ice rink from liability, including compensation liability, against whom any claims might be directed.
- Each user, before entering the ice surface, should ensure that the surface does not contain any defects, including whether it is not wet or does not have any other imperfections, including technical ones. If any irregularities or malfunctions in the functioning of the ice surface are detected, the user is obliged to refrain from entering the ice surface and, if already on it, immediately stop using it and promptly notify the staff of the noticed irregularities. Failure to report such irregularities results in the presumption that the ice surface is maintained in proper condition and releases the ice rink/manager or any other persons against whom claims may be made from any liability, including compensation liability, resulting from unforeseen incidents on the ice surface.
- Each user is obliged to:
- enter the ice surface wearing appropriate skates, protective gear and helmets;
- use the ice surface while wearing gloves;
- skate carefully on the ice, respecting the rules of skating etiquette, while skating must take place in one direction, clockwise;
- follow all remarks and instructions of the security staff present at the ice rink;
- return rented equipment in an undamaged condition;
- maintain order and cleanliness at the ice rink;
- immediately report any incident that occurred on the ice rink premises which may cause health impairment, and such report must be made on the day of the incident; otherwise it will be deemed that later reporting releases the ice rink manager from any liability, including compensation liability, and it will be assumed that no such incident occurred at the ice rink and that the participant did not suffer any health impairment;
- immediately leave the ice surface after the announcement of a technical break.
- Each user is prohibited from the following activities on the premises:
- entering the ice surface wearing long-track speed skates (“panczeny”);
- entering the ice surface during technical breaks;
- skating in the opposite direction to the designated one;
- performing jumps, sudden changes of direction, sitting on the boards or crossing the rink boards;
- throwing any objects onto the ice surface;
- skating with hockey sticks or backpacks;
- bringing any drinks or food onto the ice surface and consuming them there;
- bringing animals onto the premises;
- skating in a “snake” formation, organizing races, engaging in dangerous games, skating against the flow, hitting or tripping other users, performing jumps, sudden braking, holding hands while skating;
- skating while carrying children;
- throwing snowballs or other objects;
- entering the ice surface during ice cleaning;
- entering or leaving the rink through the boards;
- remaining on the ice outside designated hours;
- entering the ice surface during a technical break (strict prohibition).
- Smoking, bringing and consuming alcohol, and using intoxicating substances are prohibited on the ice rink premises.
- In the event of incidents, including those that may cause health impairment, and it is determined that the user was under the influence of alcohol or any other substances, including intoxicants, the user bears full responsibility for the incident, thereby releasing the manager, the ice rink and other staff operating the ice rink from any liability, including compensation liability.
- In the event of failure to comply with the provisions of these Regulations, including those indicated in § 3 sec. 3 items a–d, f and § 3 sec. 4 d,e, the user bears sole responsibility for any incident, including random incidents, thereby releasing the manager, the ice rink and other persons operating the ice rink from any liability, including compensation liability.
- With respect to persons who do not comply with these Regulations, the security staff, including the ice rink staff or the manager, may apply the following measures:
- publicly issue a warning and request compliance with the regulations;
- remove the person from the premises or call the police in the case of persons disturbing public order;
- failure to comply with the provisions of these Regulations may also result in calling security services and charging the costs of the intervention.
- Persons who repeatedly violate the rules of these Regulations will be banned from entering the facility for the entire season.
- Only persons who have purchased an entrance ticket at the ticket office are authorized to use the ice rink.
- The ticket must be kept for inspection throughout the entire time of using the ice rink.
- Helmets are provided free of charge to all children under the age of 10 using the ice rink.
- Persons who do not use helmets, gloves or protective equipment bear sole responsibility for any incident, including random incidents, thereby releasing the manager, the ice rink and other persons operating the ice rink from any liability, including compensation liability.
- Persons using the ice rink may enter the ice surface only through the designated entrance gate.
- Persons using the ice rink are obliged to strictly follow the provisions of the Regulations and comply with the instructions of the security staff and the ice rink staff. Persons who, by violating the provisions of the Regulations or failing to exercise due care, cause damage to property or persons shall bear liability for such damage, including financial and non-financial liability, thereby releasing the manager, the ice rink and other persons operating the ice rink from any claims.
- The manager is not responsible for any items left on or near the ice rink by users, nor for incidents resulting from leaving such items.
- Any noticed damage or hazards, apart from those indicated in § 3 sec. 2 of the Regulations, should be immediately reported to the ice rink staff.
- To obtain first medical aid, users should contact an ice rink employee.

Additional Regulations
- The supervisor of organized groups is responsible for the safety of the group and for any damage or destruction caused on the entire premises by the participants, and after the activities are completed the supervisor is obliged to escort the participants out of the facility.
- Children under the age of 7 may use the ice rink only under the supervision of parents or adult guardians, who must remain with them on the ice surface (wearing skates).
- Children under the age of 10 may use the ice rink only if they wear a helmet protecting the child’s head.
- Children under the age of 7 without adult supervision will not be admitted to the facility.
- Persons using the ice rink are obliged to:
- exercise special caution while skating, which may take place only in one direction indicated at a given time by the ice rink staff; the direction of skating may change only upon a signal given by the staff;
- behave in a disciplined and respectful manner on the premises;
- respect the property of the facility;
- follow announcements and instructions given by the announcer.

Fees for Using the Ice Rink
All service prices at the ice rink are specified in the Price List, which constitutes an annex to the Regulations.

Equipment Rental Regulations
- Persons using the rental service are obliged to familiarize themselves with and comply with these Regulations. Renting equipment is equivalent to accepting the rental regulations.
- The rental service operates during the opening hours of the ice rink.
- The rental service offers only marked equipment.
- Equipment is not rented to children under the age of 7 without adult supervision.
- Rented equipment must be used in accordance with its intended purpose.
- The renter uses the equipment at their own responsibility.
- The renter is obliged to return the rented equipment in an undamaged and unaltered condition.
- Passing rented equipment to other persons is prohibited.
- In the event of loss or failure to return rented equipment, a fee will be charged in accordance with the annex to the Regulations.
- Skates must be returned cleaned of snow and with the insoles inserted.
- Skates may be worn only on the ice surface and in areas covered with rubber flooring.

- There is a free cloakroom with lockable lockers available on the ice rink premises.
- The manager and other staff operating the ice rink are not responsible for items left on the premises.

- Conducting commercial activity (ice skating lessons with an instructor, skating training with an instructor) without a valid instructor pass is prohibited.
- Persons providing skating lessons without the manager’s consent will be removed from the facility without the right to a refund and will receive a ban on using the facility for the entire season.
